Delivery services, prices and estimated timing are calculated during checkout using the delivery address, parcel weight and dimensions, seller collection location and the product's dispatch time.
Each seller states how many days a product needs before it is ready for courier collection. Courier transit begins after dispatch. The estimate shown by a delivery service therefore depends on both seller preparation and courier transit.
Products are collected from each seller's registered dispatch address. Items from different sellers may use separate parcels, tracking references and delivery dates. Checkout combines the available courier charges into the delivery amount shown before payment.
Enter the complete street address, suburb, city, province and postal code. Courier availability is based on the full address rather than postal code alone. Please confirm the address and contact number before placing the order.
Open your orders to review order progress. Severe weather, remote-area routing, public holidays, stock discrepancies or unsuccessful delivery attempts can affect timing. Contact support if an order has passed its expected delivery window.
Some Curtfire products are sourced from overseas suppliers, including suppliers in China. These products are clearly identified by a longer “Ships in” notice on the product page, cart and checkout. This preparation period covers supplier processing, transport to Curtfire and import clearance. ShipLogic then calculates the final South African courier delivery from Curtfire to your address.
The retail product price includes Curtfire's configured sourcing, international freight, duty, handling and margin allowances. The separate delivery charge displayed at checkout is for the South African courier leg. No undisclosed delivery fee is added after payment.
